I enjoy that they toned down the music from alpha 1, making the suspense more fast paced rather than extreme terror, it fits the tone. One of my favorite aspects of the game is how raw the suspense is.

The game is also an alpha version, so it does have a large number of bugs that do take you out of the game occasionally. The house you explore is pretty small, though, and while it could make it seem more grounded and realistic, it does significantly hinder the puzzle aspect and makes the game a lot shorter, which is one of the few improvements of future alphas and eventually the final game. The artstyle is very unique, combining some cartoon elements with some realistic elements, which could be a little off-putting at first, but as long as you have the graphics at the highest settings, it can be pretty pleasing to look at, and I'm still salty that they scrapped this artstyle for something fully cartoony.

It's a short, but memorable puzzle horror game with an ok mystery and some pretty good suspense and fairly good difficulty.
